Crawford Construct was established in 2021 by Seán Crawford.

Crawford Construct provide commercial management services to the construction industry. Our portfolio includes residential, renewable, educational, commercial & hospitality sectors.

Our services include feasibility studies, initial site appraisals, budget cost estimates, procurement, tender management, contract negotiating and cost planning,

The team at Crawford Construct are very detail orientated and thrive on coming up with solutions to the most complex of projects whilst abiding by budget constraints.

As a company, Crawford Construct are very passionate about constantly researching and keeping abreast of modern methods of construction and are firm believers in the digitisation of the construction industry.

Seán Crawford, Founder of Crawford Construct

Seán is a very enthusiastic commercial leader with extensive experience in construction management.

In Seán's 19 years of working as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, he has been fortunate to work for multi award winning construction companies (both large and small) in Ireland and Australia. Along with a BSc in Quantity Surveying, Seán also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Construction Law and Financial Management.
